About Me

Justin Paré

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts where I graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor's in finance. While working as a disability and senior transportation operations executive in New York City, I attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York where I graduated as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. After a fifteen-year career in the disability and senior transportation field, lastly as a Regional Vice President, I relocated to Southern New Hampshire with my family and subsequently entered private practice as a solo attorney in 2013.

I was admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar in 2012 and the State of New Hampshire Bar in 2013. I was also admitted to the Bars for the United Stated District Court for both the District of New Hampshire and the District of Massachusetts at those times. I have since been admitted to the Bar of  the Supreme Court of the United States in 2016. I was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 2019 and became a United States Veterans Administration accredited attorney in 2021.

I am an active member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. I belong to the Trust & Estates Sections of all three bar associations.

Having my law practice in Salem and Londonderry, I reside nearby in Windham with my wife, a local pediatrician, and our four children. I currently serve as the chairperson for the St. Mark the Evangelist Parish Pastoral Council where I am also member of the parish's Knights of Columbus Council #10488 as well as a 4th degree member of the Bishop Peterson Assembly #641 in Salem. I have also served on local nonprofit organization's Board of Directors for many years, including Chairperson for the Community Caregivers of Greater Derry and Treasurer for the Greater Derry Track Club.
